[Unknown, France] Conversion of a Series 75 Fleetwood limousine into movie camera-car. This information and the photos below are borrowed from France's NITRO Magazine issue for Oct-Nov, 2003.

Formerly owned by  the Paris (France) mobvie company, Loca-Films, this Series 75 limousine has been converted to a camera-car, with the removal of the rear quarters; it  features a custom roof platform (accessible by a ladder)  which can carry a camera, some projectors and a cameraman; another  platform is affixed under the front bumper and suspended by cables attached to the roof rack; a similar platform may be rigged also to the rear of the vehicle. which is seen here in Paris' Place de la Contrescarpe during the filming of Blake Edwards' The Great Race,  in August 1964

Hess & Eisenhardt (USA) picked up the rights to the S&S name when S&S closed down in 1942. They carried on with the line.
