Left: this set from Solido, Ref. #7032, was issued twice under the Age d'Or [Golden Age] label (the second time to
celebrate the 100th anniversary of the automobile); the upper car (left) is alleged to be gold-plated (24kt); it depicts an
unlikely V-16 van model of 1930-31; the car on the lower level is Solido's much bandied 1957 Cadillac Eldorado model.
Right: the interesting fact about this car is that it was the fist V-16 ready for the New York salon in January, 1930; this toy
depicts special Fleetwood, Madame X style #4108C mounted on the sixteen-cylinder chassis; only 4 of them were built

On account of the sheer number and variety of these imaginary Cadillac "advertising vans"
from Solido, France, I decided to devote a special page to them; there can be no doubt but
that the molds used for this particular series have paid for themselves many times over
...and may still be in use today.  If you have a product to advertise, this is how to do it!
Unfortunately, I did not keep a full photographic record of my Cadillac toy collection and so
