Car - a presentation of the Type 59 Cadillac Motor Car in Closed and Open Models.."
The cover reads CADILLAC -Standard of the World, in a highly ornate, rectangular
medallion with the crest in the center of the lower edge. Shown inside are (1)
the 7-pass. touring car (p.5), (2) the 4-pass. phaeton (p.7), (3)
the 2-pass roadster (p.9), the rear clip (p.11), (4) the 4-pass. Victoria
(p.13), (5) the 5-pass.sedan (p.15), (6) the 7-pass.
suburban (p.17), (7) the standard limousine (p.19); (8)
the imperial limousine also is mentioned but not shown. The standard color finish for the
Victoria and sedan was Brewster green; the suburban could be ordered in Brewster
green or black; the limousine (both regular and imperial) were black. Enclosed car
interior appointments included one or more of these features: foot rail or hassocks, arm
rests, taffeta roller sun shades, robe rail, vanity case, ash receiver, electric cigar
lighter and chauffeur's telephone. The catalog was copyrighted in 1920{* from ZTV
collection}.

hint of gold color in the center design, 9x12¼", 24 pages plus heavy covers
and sleeves. Includes (1) the Seven Passenger Touring Car, (2)
the Four Passenger Phaeton, (3) the Two Passenger Roadster, (4)
the Four Passenger Victoria, (5) the Five Passenger Sedan, (6) the
Seven Passenger Suburban, (7) the Standard Limousine, (8) the
Town Brougham and (9) the Imperial Limousine. It has information
about the body specifications as well as details about both open and enclosed models .

(2) Enclosed cars catalog, stiff blue covers, 7½x8", 12pp, 4
models illustrated {***}. One of these may have been acquired in 2005 by enthusiast and
collector Z. Taylor Vinson of Washington, DC. He says it has very nice interior sketches. Although Taylor has
been collecting auto literature since age 9, he says he never saw this piece before. I shall try to get a copy of it next time I'm in Washington.
