Jaguar paint and interior colors - The large sedans
Note
No two reference books
completely agree on which colors various models were finished in, and during which time
period. We've done our best to compile the available information into a useful
reference format. The situation is further complicated by Jaguar's policy of making
non-standard interior and exterior color combinations available at extra cost for most if
not all models. We welcome your feedback on this page if you have definitive
information about this subject! |

Want to see some of
these colors? If so follow this
link to the superb site of Roger Los. He
has provided a visualization of various color combinations for the Series 1 E -Type. Many
of these colors are the same as the sedans featured on this page. (our thanks to
Roger for permission to use this link) |

Notes
- Two tone colors had the darker color above the waist strip
and is listed first above.
- Other solid and two tone color combinations were, as
always, available to special order, and at extra cost.
- Notice the overlap in production between the MK VII and
the MK VIII. This was a common practice for Jaguar
